Can Sa Roca is a beautiful 300 year old finca, it’s one of the largest and oldest residences on the island of Ibiza.

Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the peaceful countryside and the sea, surrounded by beautiful stunning mature gardens and featuring one of the biggest swimming pools on the island. From the moment you arrive at Can Sa Roca you are captivated by its beauty and its tranquillity.

The house has a large entrance hall which leads to all the main areas of the house.

On the main floor there is a grand lounge with vistas to the pool area and a large terrace with seating, adjoining the lounge there is beautiful library with a TV. The other side of the entrance hall leads to a renovated fully equipped kitchen and dining room. From here there is access to another terrace with a dining table and chairs.

From the entrance hall you also access to the interior patio with a water fall that in the summer time has a cooling effect in the patio.

Leading up the two main staircases the are 2 large suites with a separate dressing room and complete on suite bathrooms. Each Suite has its own private terrace.

The are 7 bedrooms with 1.80cm double beds, all with on suite bathrooms. Most of these rooms have private terraces or charming courtyards which lead directly to the pool.

The hall of photographs of some of the  famous people like Grace Kelly, Errol Flin or Orson Wells that have stayed at Can Sa Roca, leads to a second beautiful lounge which opens to a tranquil terrace over looking the country side.

The pool area consists of a 200 square meter swimming pool, large covered kitchen, bar and BBQ area with al fresco dining area.  Next to pool area there is an independent changing room with showers and toilets.

The house also has its own private Oil Mill which is over 300-year-old and perfectly preserved.

 

The house is South facing. 20 minutes’ drive from the capital of Ibiza and 25 minutes from the airport. The nearest shops are 5 minutes away in a car.
