This magnificent property is set in 40.000m2 of land, consists of 1500m2 of living space.

Can Sa Roca is 25 minutes’ drive from the airport and only 20 minutes from the capital Ibiza.

The main house has a large lounge perfect for any type of workshop, seminars or even to practise yoga. Featuring large windows with beautiful views to the country side and pool area, tall ceilings and white walls create a relaxed environment with plenty of natural light. This room is available from 10am to 18pm. Water, tea and coffee are supplied.

 

The 300 year old perfectly maintained Oil Mill is situated at the base of the main house. This magical intimate space creates a wonderful environment for any type of retreat.

The impressive high sealing and over a meter-thick walls create a constant cool temperature all year round. The thickness of the walls also keeps the sound from disturbing anybody outside or inside the Oils Mill. Perfect place to for a seminar or just to meditate.
